Shawn O’Dell was only 19 years old when he purchased and rebuilt his first home. He started his carrier working in the commercial construction industry in 1984 as a carpenter. O’Dell worked on several major projects in and around the Omaha area.

In 1992 he was hired as a job site superintendent and oversaw projects    such as:

• Remodeling projects for many businesses and individual homeowners

In 2013 Shawn O’Dell launched Ridgeview Construction. Since then his company has built homes as well as completing many remodels.
